REPLENIX makes it a top priority that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Purchased made on replenix.com can only be billed and shipped in the United States (including Alaska). Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on the product availability. Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.
Please note that for Express shipping orders must be placed before 3 PM EST to be processed before the end of the day.

*Pre-Order Notice: Some items are currently marked as Pre-Order, please view the product for estimated ship dates prior to purchase. Your card will be charged upon placing the order. 

Processing time for orders placed from November 22nd through December 1st may exceed 1-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process and ship. If you have not received a notification past the 7 business day time frame, please reach out to our customer service team.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If you did not purchase your product from replenix.com, please return it to the store you bought it from for a refund or replacement. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from Non-Authorized re-sellers, as some of these products may cause permanent damage to your health.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email us as soon as possible at c.service@replenix.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
